I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter, then followed by a phone interview and was rejected. The recruiter was very nice and responsive. But I was not happy with the interviewer - felt like he was trying to pick on me for some reason. I was shocked that I got rejected because coding was not up to par (all other big companies seem to be happy with me in coding!)
I think they need better interviewers and not assign a junior level interviewer to ask random questions.
